At Boxology, we craft each design in the finest material. The cardboard packaging, kraft boxes, hang tags, and stickers are all customized according to the customer’s brand positioning and values. 

Happy customers is our trademark. So in any way If you feel dissatisfied with the products, here’s how we can help you further.

  • Return Policy

Our return policy gives a 30 days time to initiate the process. The procedure is quite simple and easy. And you can easily put forward the return request;

  • If the products are unused and in the same condition as you received them.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • You have the receipt or the proof of purchase.

Important: The personalized items are not eligible for the return policy until they are defective or damaged.

  • Damaged Or Defective Products

We always try our best to deliver the product intact, yet in any case if the items you received are damaged or defective, you can contact us for a return. You can avail a return within seven days of receiving the order. 

In this case, you will need the following information to initiate your return;

  • Your order number
  • Details regarding the defect or damage
  • Photos of the products highlighting damage/defect.

Important: We will offer a replacement or refund after evaluating the issue.

  • Refunds Policy

For our valuable customers, we have a refund policy as well. In case you receive any defective product or a wrong product you can always ask for a refund. 

The refund will be initiated once we receive the products. Our team will inspect the damage or defect, and the refund will be processed after approval. We will refund the payment to your original payment method. 

Important: For personalized and custom printing orders, a refund is applicable only if the product is defective or has any printing error from our side. Otherwise, a change of design will not be entertained.

  • Shipping

Shipping cost is a big concern when it comes to return/refund. To save our customers from any extra hustle particularly in case of defective and incorrect products, we bear all the shipping cost.

However, for returning within 30 days, you will have to pay for shipping.  

  • Exchange policy

Currently, we are not offering an exchange policy. If you receive any damaged or defective product, you can apply for a refund.
